Elena was a dedicated and passionate wedding coordinator. She fought for our dream outdoor ceremony, even when the venue pressured her to take the plan B room when there was a chance of rain.
Elena took it upon herself to check the weather hour-by-hour and made sure that we were able to carry out our ceremony outdoors – and it turned out perfect even the sun came out! She coordinated every detail of the day perfectly – took all the work off my, my mother’s and bridesmaids’ shoulders.

I’m originally from Toronto and now live in the States, so having a Toronto wedding was challenging. I initially tried to research venues and vendors on my own but I was overwhelmed by the choices, so I decided to look for a wedding planner.
I interviewed 6 wedding planners over Skype and Elena was easily the most professional, organized and flexible. We chose her for full planning and could not be more happier with the whole wedding process and how our day turned out.
After hiring Elena everything was so easy! Throughout the planning stage she had a ‘can do’ attitude and was always positive. Elena found me the best vendors for whatever I needed and within my budget too!
