    • locate and verify vendor availability
    • provide a customized recommended vendors referral list , based on couple’s budget and stylistic needs
    • meeting and negotiating with 5 vendors and researching to get the best price for exceptional service
    • attending at preliminary floral design meeting
    • recommendation and guidance on rental and design vendors
